Terms of Use

1. The service

Kinetta uses AI to make edits, clips and shortened videos from the videos you upload. Results are generated automatically; we don't guarantee the result you want for every video.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Your details must be accurate and you must not share your account with others. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

3. Credits, subscriptions and payments

• Credits: 1 credit is 1 minute of uploaded video; every started minute counts as one credit. Credits are deducted before an edit starts. If an edit fails or is cancelled, its credits are returned. The first 5 changes (revisions) to an edit are free, each one after that is 1 credit; a failed revision's credit is returned.
• Starter (monthly subscription): 100 credits every month. Unused credits expire at the end of the month.
• Pro Monthly subscription: 200 credits every month. Unused credits expire at the end of the month.
• Pro Yearly subscription: 2400 credits at the start of the period. Unused credits expire at the end of the year.
• Extra credit pack: 100 credits. They don't expire.
• Access: The app has no free trial. Using it needs an active subscription or bought credits; when a subscription ends and no bought credits are left, the app stays locked until a new purchase.
• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase and at each renewal: in the app to your Apple account, on the website to your card through Lemon Squeezy. Manage or cancel a subscription bought in the app in your App Store account settings, and one bought on the website under Profile → Manage subscription on the website; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
• Refunds: Payments in the app are processed by Apple; refund requests are made through Apple under Apple's policies. On the website Lemon Squeezy is the seller; for a refund write to kinetta623@gmail.com or use the link in Lemon Squeezy's receipt. Purchases whose credits are unused are refunded within 14 days of purchase. The remaining credits of a refunded purchase are removed from the account.
• Credits are not money, can't be transferred to another account and can't be exchanged for cash.

4. Your content

You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, the videos and music you upload. Your content stays yours; you only allow us to use it as far as needed to make your edit. Uploading content that is illegal, infringes others' rights, contains violence or hate, or exploits children is prohibited.

5. Limits of the service

We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Files on the server are deleted after 7 days; saving your edits to your phone or to Photos is your responsibility. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the service.

6. Termination

You can delete your account at any time in Profile → Delete account. Remaining credits are not refunded when an account is deleted; an active subscription bought in the app must be cancelled separately in the App Store; one bought on the website is cancelled with the account.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. We announce important changes in the app; continuing to use Kinetta after a change means you accept the new terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Mandatory consumer rights granted to you by the country you live in are not affected.
